and natural medicines. We are not medical doctors. Our services are not intended to replace

We collect personal identifiers and health data (Special Personal Information) via

consultation forms and account registration.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for personalized wellness protocols, order processing, and

communication. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

 • Cancellation Period: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or

rescheduling.

 • Fees: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

 • No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice will result in a 100% charge of the session

fee.

4. Refund and Returns Policy (CPA Compliant)

Physical Products

 • Returns: Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund

(excluding shipping).

 • Exclusions: For health and hygiene reasons, supplements and natural medicines

cannot be returned once the safety seal is broken.

Service Refunds

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

 • Timelines: Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery takes 2–5

business days depending on your location.

 • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your package leaves our

facility.

6. PAIA Manual (Summary)

Under the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), you may request access to

records held by Femina Wellness. Requests must be submitted in writing to the business
